Director of UX

May 2018 - Present

At Hourly, I built and led the product design team from the ground up, shaping the company’s UX vision and scaling design practices across iOS, Android, and web platforms.

I partnered closely with co-founders, PMs, and engineers to define a UX strategy aligned with business goals. Along the way, I introduced and scaled a design system, reduced user errors through research-driven iteration, and mentored a growing team of designers to support their craft and career growth.

At Banco Falabella, I helped create a unified design system and accessibility framework for both internal and customer-facing digital platforms.

Working closely with product and engineering, I led efforts to roll out reusable components and consistent UX patterns. I also helped shift the team toward a more collaborative, design-led approach across mobile and web initiatives.

I worked on innovation-focused projects at Fiserv, helping define proto-personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. I collaborated across teams to validate concepts through usability testing and early-stage user feedback.
